The Minister of AANDC refers the Back River Project to the NIRB for a review under Part 5, Article 12 of the NLCA.
The NIRB provides the Screening Decision for Back River Project and recommends to the Minister of AANDC that Sabina Gold & Silver Corp.’s Back River Project requires review pursuant to Part 5 or 6 of NLCA Article 12.
